Sensory processing disorder (SPD) can be a challenging for individuals of all ages. In essence, SPD relates to how the brain interprets sensory stimuli from the environment. This results in individuals with SPD may experience sensations differently than others. Several common symptoms of SPD include: Over-sensitivity to sounds, lights, textur
